there
are winds that have been created for vengeance. and when he is angry,
they make their scourages strong. when the consummation comes, they will
pout out their strength, and calm the anger of their creator. fire and
hail and famine and deaths these have all been created for vengeance
Ezekiel 18.13:Hath given forth upon usury, and hath taken increase: shall he then live? he shall not live: he hath done all these abominations; he shall surely die; his blood shall be upon him.
Ecclesiasticus 39:28
