is a paper, that has been published for over 5 years and is full of bible quotes
it was originally intended for the Prisoners in Luzerne County Correctional Facility and other jails
and many prisoners did receive it
unfortunately, the warden at lccf, decided he didnt like the color, or the double sided printing
so he gathered all my incoming mail (interferred  with mail & defying geneva convention rules)
he caused me to waste much in postage cause he held them all at his desk while i kept sending them in
then one day, he mailed them all back to me
so...i began to hand the color copies out to the local addicts in town
while the newsletter was redefined in black in white for its intended recipients

today, you can purchase a color subscription,  two years worth is $50

or you can purchase for a inmate,  in black and white   $40
