2 Chronicles 36.14
Jeremiah 4.1:If thou wilt return, O Israel, saith the
LORD, return unto me: and if thou wilt put away thine abominations out
of my sight, then shalt thou not remove.
2 Chronicles 34.33:And Josiah took away all the abominations out of all the countries that pertained to the children of Israel, and made all that were present in Israel to serve, even to serve the LORD their God. And all his days they departed not from following the LORD, the God of their fathers.
2 Chronicles 36.14:Moreover all the chief of the priests, and
the people, transgressed very much after all the abominations of the
heathen; and polluted the house of the LORD which he had hallowed in
Jerusalem.
