Proverbs 4:5   Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth.   Proverbs 4:7   Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.   Proverbs 16:16   How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver!   Proverbs 17:16   Wherefore is there a price in the hand of a fool to get wisdom, seeing he hath no heart to it?

Proverbs 8:11 For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it

  James 3.17:But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

For wisdom is a kindly spirit and
will not free a blasphemer from the guilt of his words;
because God is witness of his inmost feelings,
and a true observer of his heart, and a hearer of his tongue.

Because the Spirit of the Lord has filled the world,
and that which holds all things together knows what is said;

therefore no one who utters unrighteous things will escape notice,
and justice, when it punishes, will not pass him by.
