PSA. i just heard on the scanner a nuisance (busy body caller) reporting damage to a vacant property. the PSA is this. IF the property is vacant MORE than 60 days. VMM is suspended, ALONG with GLASS. thats VANDALISM & Malicious Mischief & glass coverage suspended, NOT IN FORCE....... it means theres NO coverage...NO insurance...NO need for Policy Enforcers (hired gun) to Respond, those are nuisance calls/ cops that do respond are A. acting on their own. (in collusion with nuisance caller only. NO POLICY restraint
