Background. AMY KUSH was homeowner, 258 Frederick Street Kingston. She did the right thing She had a baby and stayed home and breast fed the baby that crawled out of her. SHe was a MOM, her income was ZERO. Consequently, she could not pay the mortgage and became homeless with a baby. Homeless 18 months from AUG 2019 till APRIL 2021.
She Couch serfed and lived in her car and hotels. She Got hurt exceptionally bad, with perverts touching her, theifs robbing her, and bugs biting her. SHe has asked your organization for help multiple times. Only to be told she does not qualify for your prizes and free stuf, as if your running an illegal raffle without a gaming license.
DENIAL LETTER
We, CEO, will not help AMY KUSH for the following reasons.
We would NOT help her EMERGENCY RENTAL ASSISTANCE when she was living her in car because we dont help homlesss moms living in their car with emergency shelter. We are in violation of PUBIC LAW law 117.2 section 3203 that says we have to help her.
We would NOT help her with RENTAL ASSISTANCE, because we dont help moms who stay home and watch their kids. We are in violation of PUBLIC LAW 117.2 section 3101-B that says we have to help her.
She has now secured shelter on her own, and we will still not help her with rent, because we have added our own stipluations to the law, and have excluded her because she is not behind in rent. We are in violation of PUBLIC LAW 117.2 section 3201
