1 Why do the nations protest
and the peoples conspire in vain?
2 Kings on earth rise up
and princes plot together
against the Lord and against his anointed one:[b]

  i understand one proton from the outer ring jumps over and its shared or whatever...but what is the force that causes it to do that. not everything does that???? or everything does that?
