Give good news of a painful punishment to hypocrites,

Give the hypocrites the ‘good news’ that for them there is a painful punishment

Give (good) tidings to the hypocrites that they will have a painful torment.

Sahih InternationalOn the Day you see it every nursing mother will be distracted from that [child] she was nursing, and every pregnant woman will abort her pregnancy, and you will see the people [appearing] intoxicated while they are not intoxicated; but the punishment of Allah is severe.
Not equal are the companions of the Fire and the companions of Paradise. The companions of Paradise - they are the attainers [of success].

Surah At-Tawbah - 68
Allah has promised the hypocrites, both men and women, and the disbelievers an everlasting stay in the Fire of Hell—it is sufficient for them.
An-Nahl 16:109
whoever disbelieves in allah
Whoever disbelieves in Allah after their belief—not those who are forced while their hearts are firm in faith,1 but those who embrace disbelief wholeheartedly—they will be condemned by Allah and suffer a tremendous punishment.......
Without a doubt, they will be the losers in the Hereafter.
Those who behave arrogantly on the earth in defiance of right - them will I turn away from My signs: Even if they see all the signs, they will not believe in them; and if they see the way of right conduct, they will not adopt it as the way; but if they see the way of error, that is the way they will adopt. For they have rejected our signs, and failed to take warning from them.

I will turn away from My signs those who are arrogant upon the earth without right; and if they should see every sign, they will not believe in it. And if they see the way of consciousness, they will not adopt it as a way; but if they see the way of error, they will adopt it as a way. That is because they have denied Our signs and they were heedless of them.

That is because they deny Our revelations and are used to disregard them.
