A man goes to visit a friend
The friend lives on an island, if you could even call it that it's 3 miles long and only 1/4 mile wide. No trees or anything. There's a creek separating it from the mainland of South Carolina.

He said it was a gold bug about the size of a hickory nut and it had spots
